Chess Gaja Students Dominating USCF Rankings – April 2022
Our online chess academy has seen remarkable growth in student performance this month. Additionally, we’ve witnessed a significant jump from 12 ranked students in March to an impressive 16 students making it to the top 100 lists across various age categories in April 2022.
Youth Age Category Rankings (U-7 to U-10)
Starting with our youngest champions, Saatvik has secured an impressive 79th rank in the U-7 or below Age Category. This achievement demonstrates the strong foundation our junior students are building.
Moreover, in the U-9 age category, we have 3 students in the top 30 – a remarkable accomplishment for this competitive bracket. Specifically, Vijay (#9), Vihaan (#19), and Siddharth (#28) have all earned their positions on this prestigious list!
In the U-10 age category, we have 3 students in the top 100. The leading academy student is Priyansh, positioned at #24 on the list. Consequently, this category shows the depth of talent Chess Gaja is nurturing.
Middle Age Category Rankings (U-11 to U-14)
Moving to the middle age groups, Chess Gaja has 2 students in the U-11 top 100. As students progress, the competition intensifies, making these rankings even more impressive.
In the U-12 age category, we have 1 student in the top 100 list, while the U-13 age category features 1 student (Vaseegaran) in the top 30 list. Similarly, the U-14 age category showcases 1 student (Adithya) in the top 60 list.
Teen and Girls Categories (U-18 and Girls Divisions)
The U-18 age category features 1 student (Aaryan) in the top 40 list, demonstrating consistent performance at higher competitive levels.
Additionally, our female chess players are making their mark! In the U-11 girl’s age category, we have 2 students in the top 25 list. The U-15 girl’s age category also features 1 student in the top 60 list.
Remarkable Growth: From 12 to 16 Top-Ranked Students
That’s a whopping total of 16 students from Chess Gaja in the top 100 age category lists! This represents a 33% increase from our March 2022 rankings.
In March 2022 ranking list, we had only 12 students, and in April, our students showed some great performances and have made the student tally jump to 16 now! This growth reflects our commitment to personalized chess coaching and strategic tournament preparation.
