1. Do you offer demo/trial class with the coach?
We don’t offer trial/demo classes, We offer 2 hours of paid starter class
2. Will you share the coach's profile before making the payment?
All the coaches are highly accomplished and vetted by the Chess Gaja Team. Our chess experts will appoint an appropriate coach for your kid. Coach details will be shared as soon as you pay for 2 starter classes. This is our company policy.
3. Where are your coaches located?
All our coaches are of Indian nationality.
4. Can we have the option to change coach if we don't like the assigned coach ?
Our quality check team will review both the recordings and your concerns to make appropriate decisions.
5. What do you mean by coach level in your fees detail?
The coach level refers to the career high FIDE rating achieved by our coaches. This rating is the highest official FIDE rating they have reached in their career, not necessarily their current rating.
