Cancellation/Refund Policy

•You can cancel the scheduled private sessions up to 8 hours before the scheduled start time.

• In extraordinary circumstances where you cannot give prior notice 8 hours before the scheduled start time. We will review your cancellation/rescheduling request on a case by case basis.

• The payments you have made for our private class packages are valid for 6 months from the date of receipt.

• Chess Gaja reserves all right to change, deny or reschedule any class, both online and offline.

• Refund for Cancelled Session: If the Chess Class/ Chess camp is cancelled with a prior intimation by Chess Gaja, the Refund can be issued automatically.

•Refund requests will not be entertained 30 days from the date of class payment

• When we refund for the sessions, we will refund it in the same mode as to how the payment was received, and refund processing could take up to 3 weeks time.

• Our refund policy allows refund of 50% of Class Fee on prorata basis for any unused classes during the tenure of the program enrolled by the student. A refund would not be entertained for any services already provided.

• For our group classes and camps, we don't provide any refund unless the classes are cancelled by the academy.

• In other cases, contact the academy team via phone/email for any refund-related queries.
