Group Class Terms & Conditions
A few things to keep in mind before you join a batch.
We don't offer demo classes for group sessions, but you can check out our sample recordings to get a feel for the teaching style.
Group classes always require the full month's fee regardless of when you join. No partial payments are accepted.
We offer recordings for any missed classes.
Group class payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you are committed before enrolling.
Yes — submit a request and our team will evaluate your games. Batch placement is at Chess Gaja's discretion based on assessment.
If a class is cancelled by Chess Gaja (coach emergency, festival holiday, etc.), a make-up class will be provided. We never leave a session unaccounted for.

LMS (Learning Management System) access is provided to only one contact method per student — either phone or email, not both. Use whichever you check most regularly.
