Oklahoma Chess Association conducted the Steve Wharry Consat Classic tournament took place from August 5th to August 12th in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Chess Gaja student Aayush participated in the U1800 reserve section and scored 1.5 out of 5 points. This good performance increased Aayush’s rating from 1319 to 1321. His noteworthy achievements include a victory against the highly-rated player Everett (1406) and a draw with Carlos (1566).
