The chess enthusiasts from Chess Gaja showcased their remarkable skills and talents in various events held across the United States last week, from the 21st to the 27th of December 2023. The outcomes of these competitions are detailed below.
KNIGHTS OF CYPRESS – SECTION A
The Houston Scholastic Chess Association hosted the KNIGHTS OF CYPRESS event on December 22, 2023, in Cypress. Ramanathan, representing Chess Gaja, delivered an outstanding performance by scoring 2.5 out of 3 rounds. His impressive display resulted in a remarkable 10-point increase in his rating, rising from 1486 to 1496. Ramanathan claimed the top position in the standings for Section A.
