In one of the most jaw-dropping performances of the week, Ammar stormed the boards in California at the Fremont Real FIDE Champ, organized by Bay Area Chess — surging a staggering 130 rating points to close at 1337. A score of 2.5/6 earned through fierce, competitive rounds makes this rise all the more remarkable.
