South Australian Chess Association conducted the 2022 City of Adelaide Championship on August 9, 2022, in Adelaide, Australia.
Chess Gaja student Alistair scored 3.5 out of 6 points with 3 wins, 1 loss, and 1 draw. He won against higher-rated players Scott(1576), Tom(1379), and Keshav(1354) and managed to draw against higher-rated player Max(1433).
Alistair’s rating increased from 1477 to 1491.
