SAN DIEGO CHESS CLUB conducted the GAMBITO -1014 Tournament on May 13, 2023, in San Diego, California.
Chess Gaja students Priyansh and Vedant took part in the Tournament.
In the Elite section, Priyansh scored 2 out of 4 points. He lost 2 rounds against higher-rated players. His solid performance helped him gain 5 rating points, and his rating jumped from 2072 to 2077.
In the Open section, Vedant scored 3 out of 4 points. His good performance helped him gain 12 rating points, and his rating increased from 1986 to 1998
