Bay Area Chess organized the 2023 CALCHESS DENKER/BARBER/ROCK QUAL (BAC 2455) tournament on June 3rd and 4th, 2023, in Frisco, Texas.
Chess Gaja student Rakshita participated in the tournament.
In the Barber prequalifier section, Rakshita scored 2.5 out of 4 points, securing 1st place in the tournament. Her strong performance resulted in a gain of 33 rating points, raising her rating from 1172 to 1205.
