22 Students in the Top 100 of USCF rankings – August 2023

Last month, we wrote about how Chess Gaja US students were ranked in the US Chess Top lists for their respective age categories, and we wanted to continue reporting on those stats for August 2023!

In the U-7 category, we have 1 student, Tharun, who is ranked in the top 70.

In the U-8 category, we have 1 student, Gurugrahan, who is ranked 44.

In the U-9 category, we have 1 student, Aryan, who is ranked in the top 100.

In the U-11 Category – We have 4 students. Priyansh ranked 8, Vihaan ranked 17, Vijay ranked 29 and Anish is under the top 80.

In the U-12 category, we have 5 students. Sahithi is ranked 29th in the girl’s rankings, Arush is in the top 80, and Arjun is in the top 90, Ruhan and Shriyan are in the top 100

In the U-13 category, we have 4 students. Mihika is ranked 36th, Sanmita is ranked 41st among girls,  Lohit is ranked 35th and Vedant is within the top 50.

In the U-14 category, we have 2 students, one student ranked 29th, Abinav in the top 70 of the list.

In the U-15 category, we have 1 student, Vaseegaran ranked 16th on the list.

In the U-17 category, we have 2 students, Hemachandra, who is ranked 51st, and Varun in the top 70 of the list.

In the U-18-49 category, We have Aaryan at the top of 90 of the ranking list.

That’s a whopping total of 22 students from Chess Gaja in the top 100 age category lists!
