The Northeast Ohio Chess Club conducted the NEOCC Oct Sunday Quads tournament on October 22nd,2023 in Twinsburg, Ohio.
Our Chess Gaja student Varun participated in the Quards 1 section and secured 2nd place in the event. He scored 2.5 points out of 3. He played tremendously well to score a draw with high-rated player Sharat (2177), so this remarkable play increased his rating from 2066 to 2082.
