• LMS login credentials and account usage details
• Class recordings, gameplay data, homework, and assignments

⚠️ LMS Access is tied to one registered contact method only (phone or email). Multiple logins for the same student account are not permitted.

3. How We Use the Information

• To maintain internal records and track student progress
• To improve services, curriculum, and operational efficiency
• To send class updates, scheduling notices, and service-related information
• To share promotional offers or updates (with opt-out option available)
• To request feedback via surveys or forms
• To manage communication exclusively via the LMS and Chess Gaja’s official channels

4. Student Content & Data Use

• Games, recordings, and content created during sessions may be used for training, internal research, or promotional purposes.
• Such content will not be sold to third parties.
• Parent/student may opt out of including personal details in promotional content upon written request.

• We take reasonable technical and administrative steps to safeguard information.
• However, no platform can guarantee absolute security. Usage of Chess Gaja’s systems is at the user’s own risk.
• In the event of a data breach affecting personal data, students/parents will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Your Rights

• You may opt out of receiving promotional messages anytime by contacting us.
• Requests for correction or deletion of personal data may be made in writing.
