Yes — a Chess Gaja team member will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) throughout the tournament to guide participants, address queries, and ensure smooth operations.
If you require high-level professional oversight and manual fair play checks, we can arrange for a FIDE Arbiter to monitor the event for an additional fee.
We require 50% advance payment to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% is payable within 30 days after the event.
