Oklahoma Scholastic Chess Org conducted Classen K-12 Open on February 11, 2023, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Chess Gaja student Aayush participated in this tournament under the premier section. He scored 2.5 out of 4 points. He won both of his games against higher-rated players Anurag(1170) and Viraj(1744). He also drew one of his games against a higher-rated player Joel(1482).
This great performance increased Aayush’s rating from 1128 to 1279.
