22 Students in the Top 100 of USCF rankings – July 2023

Last month, we wrote about how Chess Gaja US students were ranked in the US Chess Top lists for their respective age categories, and we wanted to continue reporting on those stats for July 2023!

In the U-7 category, we have 1 student, Tharun, who is ranked in the top 80.

In the U-8 category, we have 1 student, Gurugrahan, who is ranked 61st.

In the U-11 Category – We have 5 students. Priyansh ranked #8, Vihaan ranked #19 and Vijay ranked #28. One of the students is under top #60.

In the U-12 category, we have 4 students. Sahithi is ranked 25th in the girls rankings, another student is in the top #60 for girls, Arush is in the top 70, and Arjun is in the top 80.

In the U-13 category, we have 5 students. Mihika is ranked 31st, Sanmita is ranked 46th among girls, Vedant is ranked 42nd, Lohit is within the top 60, and Neil is among the top 100 players on the list.

In the U-14 category, we have 3 students, Vaseegaran, who is ranked 14th, Abinav in the top #70 of the list, and another student in the top #30 list.

In the U-17 category, we have 2 students, Hemachandra, who is ranked 45th, and Varun in the top #70 of the list.

In the U-18-49 category, We have Aaryan at the top of 90 of the ranking list.

That’s a whopping total of 22 students from Chess Gaja in the top 100 age category lists!
