The Texas Chess Center conducted a Plano Swiss tournament in Plano, Texas on September 23rd, 2023.
Our Chess Gaja students Shriyan, Arush, and Gurugrahan participated in the tournament under the open section.
Shriyan scored 3 points out of 4 and tied for the 2nd spot. He won his games against Saj (1360), Viraj (1561), Antonio. This extraordinary performance increased his rating from 1805 to 1810.
Gurugrahan scored 2 points out of 4 and won with Viraj (1561), and Akshay (1464). This increased his rating from 1516 to 1532.
Arush scored 2 points out of 4.
