Our Chess Gaja students continue to showcase their exceptional talent in competitive chess! Let’s celebrate the recent achievements of our rising stars as they dominate the chessboard.

Frisco, Texas

Sreevarshan competed in the Frisco Swiss on January 26, 2025, organized by the Texas Chess Center. Entering with a USCF rating of 1555, he displayed impressive skills and secured 2.5 out of 4 points, raising his rating to 1560.

Milpitas, California

Ammar took part in the 2025 CalChess Grade Level Championship on January 25, 2025, organized by Bay Area Chess. He played well, scoring 2 out of 4 points, and slightly increased his rating from 1060 to 1063.

Austin, Texas

Samvir participated in the 2025 Paragon January Scholastic on January 25, 2025, organized by Rocks & Rooks Chess Club. He demonstrated his growing skills, scoring 3.5 out of 5, and improving his rating from 884 to 932.

Burlington, Vermont

Vivek competed in the UVM Candy Cane Classic from January 25 to January 26, 2025, organized by University of Vermont Chess Club. With a solid performance, he scored 2.5 out of 4, boosting his rating from 1458 to 1521.

New York, New York

Naysa played in the CIS CM Keith Powers CC at A&D HS 1 on January 25, 2025, organized by Chess in the Schools. She delivered a strong performance, scoring 3 out of 4 points, and raised her rating from 905 to 1003.

Pleasanton, California

Ayaan participated in the 2025 KLC Tri-Valley Friday Night – January 24, organized by King’s Land Chess. He showcased his strategic prowess, scoring 2 out of 3 points, and increased his rating from 1140 to 1182.

Naperville, Illinois

Vidyut competed in the Elite Chess Quad 15 on January 26, 2025, organized by Elite Chess. He played well, scoring 1.5 out of 3, and raised his rating from 820 to 854.

Coppell, Texas

Arush took part in the CCC FIDE Classical January 2025 from January 24 to January 26, 2025, organized by Coppell Chess Club. He delivered an impressive performance, scoring 3 out of 5 points, and increased his rating from 1904 to 1918.

San Diego, California

Ruhan participated in Gambito -1081 on January 25, 2025, organized by San Diego Chess Club. He scored 2.5 out of 4 points, boosting his rating from 2036 to 2051.
