Charlotte, North Carolina
Tejas delivered a fantastic performance at the CCC Reverse Angle 140 on April 12, 2025, organized by the Charlotte Chess Center. Starting with a USCF rating of 842, he scored 2.5 out of 3, rocketing his rating to 1086—a phenomenal leap!
Cupertino, California
Ammar participated in the Cupertino CA$H Swiss 61 on April 12, 2025, organized by Bay Area Chess. He scored 1.5 out of 4, showing great fighting spirit, and raised his USCF rating from 1039 to 1084.
Austin, Texas
Samvir showcased solid play at the 2025 Paragon April Scholastic, organized by Rocks & Rooks Chess Club on April 12, 2025. Scoring 3 out of 5, he improved his rating from 946 to 972.
Burlington, Vermont
Vivek swept all his games at the Northern VT Chess Quads on April 12, 2025, organized by Stowe Scholastic Chess. With a perfect score of 3 out of 3, he secured 1st place and raised his USCF rating from 1579 to 1599.
Alpharetta, Georgia
Anhad took part in the GCC Friday Knight Face-Off on April 11, 2025, organized by Georgia Chess Club, LLC. He scored 2 out of 3 and improved his rating from 831 to 844.
Omaha, Nebraska
Shravan competed in the April 2025 UNO – Bonus Round on April 12, 2025, organized by the Nebraska State Chess Association. He fought hard and scored 1.5 out of 4, raising his rating from 1040 to 1112.
Cincinnati, Ohio
Gurugrahan took on strong opponents at the 2025 Cincinnati Open, held from April 11 to 13, 2025, by Cincinnati Scholastic Chess. Scoring 2.5 out of 5, he boosted his rating from 1938 to 1961.
Irving, Texas
Yugan had a stellar run at the DFW Spring FIDE tournament, held from April 11 to 13, 2025, by Texas Chess Center. Scoring an excellent 4 out of 5, he gained a massive rating jump from 1542 to 1626.
Sanjay, also playing in the DFW Spring FIDE, had an equally remarkable performance. With a powerful 4.5 out of 5 score, his rating soared from 2024 to 2043.
San Diego, California
Vian competed in the GAMBITO -1090 on April 12, 2025, organized by the San Diego Chess Club. With a 2 out of 4 finish, he raised his USCF rating slightly from 1800 to 1808.
