Texas
Yugan competed at the Irving Swiss, held on December 28, 2025, organized by the Texas Chess Center.
Facing a competitive field, Yugan scored 2.0/4, demonstrating composure and fighting spirit throughout the tournament. His performance resulted in a rating increase from 1812 to 1813, continuing his steady upward journey. Even small rating gains at this level reflect consistency and disciplined play.
California
Yashvasin took part in the 10th Leigh Hunt Memorial, hosted by the La Palma Chess Club, on December 19, 2025.
Competing against strong opposition, Yashvasin scored 1.0/6 and gained valuable tournament experience. His rating improved from 515 to 521, a +6 point increase, highlighting perseverance and learning through challenging games—an important step in long-term growth.
New Jersey
Yajat delivered an outstanding performance at the Diplomat Chess Tournament, held in New Jersey on Saturday, December 20, 2025.
Competing in the K–12 Under 600 category, Yajat secured 3rd place, an excellent podium finish in a competitive scholastic field. Most notably, his performance resulted in a huge rating jump from 302 to 567, a remarkable +265 rating gain. This leap reflects confident play, growing tactical awareness, and the rewards of consistent effort.
