Vaseegaran

We’re thrilled to share the inspiring journey of one of our outstanding students, Vaseegaran. Starting from the basics, he’s now achieved the prestigious title of National Master and is ambitiously pursuing his International Master norms.

Vaseegaran’s dedication and talent have propelled him to remarkable heights, currently securing the 13th position in the US Chess Federation’s Under-15 rankings. His progress serves as a shining example of what can be accomplished through hard work and the right guidance. We take immense pride in nurturing talents like Vaseegaran and look forward to witnessing his continued success on his chess journey.

Gurugrahan

Gurugrahan began his Chess Gaja journey with a USCF rating of 1088 in April 2022 and has shown incredible growth, now reaching 1946. Ranked 13th in the U-9 USCF rankings, he trains under one of our GMs in the academy and was part of our successful Top-10 Grandmaster class. Recently, he competed in the 2025 US Amateur Team North (Feb 21-23), scoring 3.5/5 and continuing his impressive climb. We’re confident he’ll soon cross 2000 and keep rising!

Priyansh

We’re thrilled to share Priyansh’s journey! Joining us in August 2021 with a USCF rating of 1325, he’s now soared to 2228. Along the way, he clinched victory in the Houston Fall Championship Amateur section, earning himself the title of National Master.
